I am super picky, and don't like to be pushed into making decisions. Indy was so patient, knowledgable and really shared my vision throughout. Nothing was too much hassle. From the calls to book, the eye test, the frame selection, to the final frame fitting and even the adhoc times I pop in to have a tweak made the team are always friendly and helpful. I had my eye test today, I was not quite sure I would be on time for the appointment and I've called yesterday and explained that I may be slightly late and the lovely lady on the phone was so accommodating and lovely. Indy was fantastic, he has taken the time to explain the different results. I've been wearing glasses for 30 years and this is the most informative eye test I've ever had.
