A truly fantastic experience. If you've ever felt underwhelmed when visiting one those well known high street opticians this is for you. Indy and team clearly take great pride in what they do and the service is second to none. From the detailed eye exam to picking the frames there is real attention to detail. What a fantastic experience from Loxley Opticians, Nottingham. I am super picky, and don't like to be pushed into making decisions. Indy was so patient, knowledgable and really shared my vision throughout. Nothing was too much hassle. The whole service was incredibly professional. After visiting nine opticians in one day, I finally found my perfect pair of glasses at Loxley's. The atmosphere is less like an optician's and more like a sanctuary for eyewear enthusiasts, with an exceptional array of frames to choose from!

Indy and Imogen's personal touch and expertise helped me unearth frames that were bold enough to mirror my style. Their commitment and eyewear curation knowledge, made finding the ideal pair an act of pure dedication and an ode to the lost art of customer service.

I have loved the personal service. The whole team their feel connected and interested in the customer. From the calls to book, the eye test, the frame selection, to the final frame fitting and even the adhoc times I pop in to have a tweak made the team are always friendly and helpful. I had my eye test today, I was not quite sure I would be on time for the appointment and I've called yesterday and explained that I may be slightly late and the lovely lady on the phone was so accommodating and lovely. Indy was fantastic, he has taken the time to explain the different results. I've been wearing glasses for 30 years and this is the most informative eye test I've ever had.
