I can’t fault the customer service and care I received at Loxley. I felt the eye test was thorough and I was walked through all personalised recommendations for my eye health. When buying glasses I decided to keep my frames the same but switch the lenses and I was very pleased with how fast they sent off and changed my lenses because I needed them 4 days later. I will be coming back next year.

This is my third set of glasses from Indy and I needed them for a specific reason. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve had at Loxley. From Imogen’s friendly welcome and assistance picking new frames, to Indy’s thorough eye exam. I’ve been wary of visiting the opticians following an eye injury a few years ago, but Indy made me feel comfortable at all times and explained all the scan results which helped put my mind at ease.

We are focused on providing total eye care for you and your family. Our eye examinations (eye tests) are 45 minutes, rather than the typical 20-30 minutes you find on the high street, followed by your very own personalised eyewear styling. All our eye tests are carried out at our Nottingham City Centre Opticians, on Friar Lane.
